Models obligations and acknowledgements
The Model is only required to pay the one-off administration fee requested in our acception of representation and this is considered a reasonable proportion of costs incurred in 'Models Now' establishing, creating and maintaining the models e-porfolio and taking relevant actions to represent the model online at all opportunities
The model will arrive punctually to all assignments accepted
When at assignments models will, at all times, carry out their work in a professional and courteous manner
The model will update us should any of their details change for example their appearance (change of hair colour/style, addition of a piercing/tatoo, significant weight loss/gain) and contact details
The model shall follow all health and safety precautions when at a clients premises and pay attention to all safety instructions including Fire Drill. You are working on the clients premises and adhere to the rules of the company/premises
The model understands and agrees that 'Models Now' will use the photographs and required details, provided by themselves, on our website and via e-mail to represent and advertise models for possible assignments
We, as a company do not share your personal e-mail address or telephone number with any third parties
If applying on line it is your responsibility to ensure correct signature is on application. Do not, under any circumstances, sign the document if you are under 18 years of age
General
- We are not the models sole agent and the model is free to apply, join and negociate with any other agent/company
- 'Models Now' only represent the model at available, suitable opportunities and does not guarantee any work whatsoever.
- We do not, under any circumstances, employ models.
- Models are wholly responsible to pay any incurred tax and national insurance from their earnings
- The model must understand that assignments are not secured and no money will be due to the model should a client/hirer cancel an assignment before 2 days of the assignment commencing (see payment of assignments for fees due)
- Administration charges cannot, under any circumstances, be refunded. This covers the cost of your e-portfolio being set-up and you should not pay this unless you agree to its purpose
- 'Models Now' take no responsibilty for any technical problems that are out of our hands. Although we will try, to the best of our ability, to have the site accessable 24 hours, every day.
Payment of assignments
'Models Now' will collect all the relevant fees from our client/hirer and release them once the assignment is complete. You agree to give us the sole authority to do this during your accepted term.
We, the company, take a comission ,from the gross income recieved, off the client/hirer. We will then send the balance, previously agreed with the models prior to commencement of assignment, in full within 2 working days after the assignment is completed. We may send you your fee by cheque or account transfer as previously agreed.
Should a client cancel the assignment 24hours prior to commencement the model will recieve their full fee. If a client gives between 24 and 48hours notice the model will recieve 50% of his/her fees. Should a client cancel the assignment with any more than 48 hours notice no fee will be due to the models.
Right of termination
The company, 'Models Now', reserves the right to terminate the representation of any model immediately without prior notice should a model breach any of the above terms and conditions. No refund of any administration fees can be recovered under any circumstances
The model is entitled to terminate our representation of him/her at any point in the term under the condition that they carry out any modelling assignments accepted by them prior to termination.
Any model falling outside ii above will be charged a breach fee of £150 if Models Now are unable to replace the model for that assignment
